BUSINESS HOURS AND DELIVERY RATES

Our normal hours of business are Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.00pm, and Saturday morning from 8.30am-12.00pm. You are always welcome to visit our shop and showroom.

Delivery within the metro areas of Brisbane and in most Australian states is offered several times a day BUT time of order placement and the logistics of courier runs may affect some requests. Mostly we can offer same day service.

Limited courier services are available on Saturdays but can alter during peak periods eg. Christmas and Valentine's Day. Country and overnight destination courier services are only available Monday to Friday, no weekends.

All quoted prices are inclusive of GST.

Delivery cost is additional and is shown when placing an order.

If time is a factor PLEASE discuss it at the time order is placed.

We can prepare gifts to your required specifications and arrange deliver too.

We cannot guarantee that cancellations or alterations to contents or delivery details eg. time change, can always be actioned, therefore a cost may be incurred.
